How effective are collagen drinks or supplements? Have there been enough studies to prove the efficacy? Or is it more effective to eat foods rich in Collagen? Face yoga, the specific movements that target the facial muscles, is all over my social media feeds claiming that it can change the shape of your face or make you look younger. 🧘‍♀️ 😲 Have you tried it and seen any results?

Have there been any recent evidence-based studies to show that’s it’s beneficial and works? Or is this a trend to get me to try to by an app? I need science dang it! 😂

Face Yoga? Does it actually work?

Many cosmetics will show a little symbol with a number revealing how long the product can be used once it's open.

However, unless you're scribbling dates on the package, it may be hard to remember when you should toss it out if it's not used up.

While it may seem harmless, you may want to rethink using an expired or old skincare or makeup product.

Some of the risks of using expired cosmetics include:

💄 Ingredients may break down and become less effective
💄 Preservatives that help keep away infections can break down over time
💄the chemical makeup of a product can change, and it can cause irritation or reaction
💄As products are exposed to air, moisture, and other factors, they can change consistency
💄 Certain products may begin to smell or harbor bacteria that can cause infections (think: mascara)
💄When in doubt, practice some physical self-care and toss out those old products!

The formula is sheer but buildable. It goes on glossy, but fades to a more satin finish over time. It leaves the faintest hint of a flush after fading, but not as strong of one as a liquid lip tint. It is very hydrating and feels like a waxy lip balm. There is no scent or flavor that I can detect, making it suitable for people who are sensitive to fragrances. I was able to use it as a cheek stain as well without my face breaking out. I received this product from Picky in exchange for my honest review. 

Tended to make my other products pile, texture was a bit sticky, and it made me breakout when my other products aren’t known to do this

Nothing! I can’t find a fault w the product! 

My go to for cold weather or when I have chapped lips. It fixes it right up plus it’s one of the cheaper beauty products I have in my makeup box! 

⭐️ easy to say that this is one of my daily favorites given how effectively it soothes my skin.
⭐️ I saw changes in my skin's softness and appearance after consistently using this, and I also noticed how it fortified my skin barrier. 
⭐️suitable for a variety of skin types, especially those with sensitive or acne-prone skin.

🚫 I wish it would have listed the vitamins on the packaging because I would have liked to see how each were beneficial.
🚫Also, this is a super “milky” mask, so tie your hair back, wear a head band, and try not to lie on anything that may make it saturated w the serum!! 


⭐️ Claims to address stubborn wrinkles, fine lines, and skin sagging problems for firmer, bouncier skin and smoother from the first usage. 
⭐️ The serum mask is enriched with 30X Collagen, Peptides and Vitamins. 
⭐️ Seemed to help improve skin elasticity and feel at least momentarily
⭐️ Peptides help reduce the appearance of the fine line and wrinkles while strengthening the skins barrier. 
⭐️ my personal fave: NO PARABEN / ALCOHOL / FRAGRANCE / COLORANT
⭐️ Super saturated w serum- which I am a big fan of seem some masks seem to come out more dry than I would haves wanted
⭐️ AFFORDABLE!!!
