Confusion about my skin type And skin care routine.

I have acne.... my skin is super sensitive. Any type oil doesn't suit my skin. #. If i apply oil to my skin, I have acne quickly. #. I have pigmentation as i can't use sunscreen, so far i have tried few sunscreen, after few minutes, i get sweat alot. #. Normally my face is not shine or oily as oily skin people. #. My skin looks normal and dry without any moisturiser creams. Please tell me about my skin condition and good moisturiser and sunscreen suit me..
