Do you think there’s a big difference in results based on the amount of money you spend on skincare?

Are more expensive brands like Youth to the People, Biossance, and others worth the money? 

Are inexpensive brands like The Ordinary, the Inkey List, and others just as good? 

My opinion is I think certain products from different brands do wonders for my skin. I don’t mind paying a little more for certain products . I love YTTP and the Inkey List as brands. Although, I think the price of some YTTP products are a little high.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about creating a skincare account on Instagram, but I have no idea how to go about it. For those of you who have one, how did you get started? Do you find it hard to keep posting different skincare content? How do you keep your followers engaged? Is it worth it to create one? I go back and forth with the idea. Any advice or tips you have to get started and/or post great content is appreciated 😊💕

I couldn’t find a post on this, so I thought this would be a nice discussion topic. 

What product(s) did you try that everyone seems to recommend/love, but it just didn’t work for you? 

For me it was Krave Beauty’s Matcha Cleanser 😭. I was so excited to try this, but it left my face dry, tight, and uncomfortable on multiple occasions. Now it just sits on my shelf. Also, The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid made my face burn and irritates it no matter what I do. I gave up on it 🤷‍♀️. 

However, I do love KB’s Great Barrier Relief and the Beet Shield!

Hyped Skincare Products

Nothing bad to say. Just read on how to use it before applying.

This product is my holy grail! I apply it to my face 1-2 a week at night.  I noticed results after the first week! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking into a BHA exfoliant.  

*This is the liquid form, but PC also has a gel consistency and lotion form for people who prefer that type of texture.*

I recommend this to anyone looking to clear up their acne. I’ve started using this about a month ago and I can already see the difference it has made on my skin. I use this with a moisturizer because it can cause dryness.

It can be a little drying, but that can be fixed with moisturizer. 10&#47;10 recommend to a friend.

I love this cleanser! It has really helped my acne to calm down and leaves my skin feeling clean.

I love this product! It’s a great moisturizer for winter! I broght the travel size to try it out and I still have it a month later!  I plan to buy the full size soon! I use it in both my AM and PM routines. You don’t need to apply a lot. It absorbs into my face nicely and makes my skin feel so smooth. I have an oily T-zone and this is a great product for those with oily skin.

I have nothing bad to say about this product. I’m still on my 1st bottle so I’ll update this review once I finish.

This is the 1st vitamin C serum that I’ve tried and I really like it! I use it every morning. It smells so good. It goes on smoothly and absorbs well into my skin. You only need to use probably 2-3 drops.
