Hello skincare people, 

My mum is 46 years old and has some wrinkles around her eyes and on her forehead. She is not very interested in skincare but does complain a lot about the wrinkles. I wanted to buy her a good Retinol for Christmas and maybe some peptides. Do you have any suggestions? I was thinking of these:

You could criticize bpo for not only killing the bad bacteria but also the healthy ones of your skin microbiom. I suggest you brands and products to follow with that maintain the natural skin microbiom

I love this suspension (details why are shown below). I leave it on for about 2-3 mins.

The toner:
- 90% Centella Asiatica
- Niacinamide
- Glycerin
- Allantoin
- Panthenol, MadeWhite/Madecassoside, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, etc.

Well, this sounded great as well. A balancing toner that brightens and exfoliants (the Singreen) uuff. To be honest I had to pass on this. I guess the exfoliant dried me out just too much. I had my skin peeled off around my nose and chin haha. It must have been because of the Accutane. You can layer the product nicely without having a sticky feeling. It is very runny but easy applied without a cotton pad. I hope I can enjoy it next month without Accutane.

I'm not the biggest fan of physical exfoliants but this is an exception:)


Honestly this face mask felt like a luxurious treat to unwind after a work day. It contains: "rice ban extract, domestically harvested from 8 strands of Korean rice, preserved for over hundreds of years", glycerin, titanium dioxide (idk why) and tocopherol (vitamin E). The mask claims to soften and brighten your skin "with locally sourced Korean rice extract for a clear, dewy complexion" 

A thick and creamy texture, so fluffy! Like clouds haha, with added rice grains to exfoliate. It does slightly have a smell of rice, kind of intensely sweet but natural not irritating. The mask spreads on the face evenly without dripping, it's more like a thick layer on your skin that doesn't dry out.
After washing it off, that was a little messy though, the skin is as promised smoother and clearer and feels very refreshed. I apply this mask once a week to not over exfoliate and to achieve long lasting results. For now I can already tell there is a difference and it has brightened my skin. My skin wasn't irritated by the physical exfoliant at all.
I can definitely recommend the product even just for the texture. I really enjoy the use to calm down and relax my mind and skin.

... only when your skin is ready to tolerate this incredibly strong product you&#39;ll see benefits. Many users  have burned their faces... I totally overestimated my skin too jn the beginning. This was my very first chemical exfoliant and it irritated me crazy AND broke me out at first. But soon I realized that my skin can actually manage this product as long as I take my time. So I recommend to start only by applying it for three minutes once a month and to develop further. So by now I can say that I really enjoy it :)

We all know that I only bought this product because of the hype (as you did too as I assume haha). The truth is it really works wonders on your skin, but looking a little closer the naked truth is that....

I had a break out without causality but correlation to this product, i have the feeling the sunscreen irritated the open pimples even more tmi I&#39;m sorry. Just use it on a regular basis and change when you are breaking out to more gentle, not so thick sunscreen.

Even though its called mattifying my skin looks healthy glowy. It doesn&#39;t dry me out and gives a nice protection (filters look good). I love the scent (which is not irritating the skin), it reminds me of beach summer days, and the texture is thick and creamy. No whitecast!
