MY FIRST PR PACKAGE!!!

Hi I’m Vanessa, fellow a UGC creator and a skincare junkie. But before you read, the advice I’m giving it’s what help me get my first proper PR package. It’s small advice from me as a fellow small influencer (current following on main page is ~1045).My first PR package, which is currently on its the way to me🤩. But what helped me grow my account is is receiving samples, gifts, competition wins and T&Rs (test and reviews). I haven’t stopped and I’m going to continue with what I do, it’s has helped me grow my page and increase my following. Anyways on to the main point….

To start to receive PR you NEED to grow your main account, for brand to see you, you would need to have a 500+ following count ( it’s not a must or have 500+ but it’s a good quality to you account) and high quality content, you need to be active and post minimum at least 3 time a week, good quality photos or videos. If you post a product from a branded company, TAG THEM!!! , it’s always best to tag that brand, let them know you love their products, they WILL notice you. You can start to apply to giveaway(optional) and enter PR applications in their bio. You don’t have to apply for giveaways but that’s what help me specifically it was probably the best for me as a small ugc creator , it gave me a chance to have their products, if I can’t afford it or buy it and take content for my account to gain attraction. For you to gain PR quick it’s best to follow loads of big accounts/ brand that you would like PR from, they will always/ or most of the time post for giveaways or PR application, you just have to apply and if chosen you will get products.

 Another thing is to have a inviting page, May be a theme, or colour( I personally don’t but it can help) maybe even a quote, or phase( again I don’t have one but it can help), have a business email, you DON’T want your business emails to get lost with private/ personal emails, it will be hard to manage it and fibd company offers. 

Put something you like in your bio, what do you like, what’s you account about? Pin your fav video or pic. (I pinned my most recently, liked post and my most recent post.)

To get easy likes- you can like someone elses post, give them a few like and they WILL return.
 
And the most important thing is to NOT GET SCAMMED!!! When your doing this you don’t need to pay for anything at all, it’s all FREE the most you would is pay for shipping but you don’t need to when getting PR or collecting you competition win. There are also some fake  accounts that need try to say you won a competition and such, get you to send you address or send money. It happens to people all the time. Please don’t be persuaded, if you see you need to pay for something it’s best not to enter or pay. 80% of the post on my page that are free I don’t pay for anything, it all gets shipped free and the 20% is thing I’ve bought with my own money instore, I live in the England and there are loads of online competition here.

Always read the posts bio. If it’s a competition, it will say what country can enter or what countries can not. Please just enter the competition that you can. Because if you win, and your from England and the competition was only for Americans it’s not always that you will still receive your product they will pick a new winner, so always check, don’t gets your hopes down, please.

I’m personally still learning how to get PR for well known brand, but these small thing I mentioned here help me get my first PR bundle, so GOOD LUCK guys, go get them PR’s 😝

Anua, heartleaf pore control cleansing oil.

I received this product for free from Picky and Anua in exchange for my honest review

🫧What does this cleaning oil do?🫧

It’s made so you can lightly clear your pores of any unwanted junk, it help to remove makeup in the crease of you face and the dirt from your skin. 


🫧Packaging and appearance.🫧

The cleansing oils come in a white box white simple black writing, which is good as we can focus on the ingredients and benefits of the product. Within the box is the cleansing oil, it’s the same as the box with its simple white to black design, the cleansing oil comes with a safety clip around the neck of the bottle. 


🫧Texture and application.🫧

The oil itself seems to have clear but tinted with a dot of yellow colour and has a watery but oil like texture. It’s easy to use, use like a normal cleanser and apply a pump to hand and rub around your face, specially on and around your nose and check or whet your pores are. It did seem to have quite a plant like scent which was very calming for me.

After rising off the reside from my face (to see differences I only did one side for my face), I notice how the side I used products on was softer and soother than the other, I personally couldn’t see a difference but texture and touch wise there was.

Anua, NIACINAMINDE 10% + TXA 4% serum

I received this product for free from Picky and Anua in exchange for my honest review. 


🤍What does the serum do? 🤍

This serum is made to brighten dark and dull skin. To tackle hyperpigmentation and dark spots. To help with this ingredients such as nicainamide (10%), tranexaminc acid (4%) and arbutin (2%). 


🤍Appearance and packaging.🤍

The serum come in a simple white box with black lettering, this can help us to focus and read upon the benefits of the product. Once packing is open we see the beautiful serum, it’s colour is absolutely memorising, a clear/ translucent soft red. The serum is in a clear glass bottle with a white glass pipet, the bottle hold 30ml of serum. 


🤍Texture and application.🤍

The serum is a lightweight and watery texture, to clarify the serum has no scent at all, which is a perfect addition as I know I’m not applying excess and unnecessary chemical to my skin. Application was easy, you can apply to fingers or directly to face, which I did. I applied 2-3 drops on average and rubbed into skin for even application. After application i noticed how the serum wasn’t stick or greasy, it left a glow to my skin which the light reflex on making my skin even more glowing.

I have yet to see any visible results for dark spots, hyperpigmentation etc, however I hope to keep you lot updated!!

It’s a very light face wash and doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s moisturising and very refreshing, it’s a product that you can use every day without worrying about damaging your skin. 

The product leaves a bit of product on my hand.

Optimum collagen day cream SPF 30 by Superdrug 

I was gifted this amazing product to test and review by the Superdrug community. 

.Packaging.
This day cream is package in a metallic blue and white ombré design box. Which reminds me of the clear blue sky at day time. The weighting ok the box is black which is good as I can see the words on the back clearly. Once I open the box I can see that this day cream comes in a thick, clear, circle glass with a white, thick plastic lid. The product is also labelled with a matching metallic blue and white label.

.Formula.
The cream is the perfect texture, where it’s not to heavy or light. The creams colour is a simple white, and the creams doesn’t leave any white cast and soaks in well with the skin while being absorbed. The cream has a light smell, not overpowering or heavy but a very faint smell, which is perfect for the beginning of the morning day. The formula is a plant based collagen which means it’s suitable for vegans and has a powerful mix of peptides to help the skin feel smoother and firmer. This also contain 50ml which is a substantial amount which can last up to a few weeks if used well.

.Key ingredients.
The collagen day cream is said to contain a range of key ingredients the main three being:

Plant collagen: derived form corn, soy and wheat proteins known to improve skin density and moisture levels of your skin. 

Hydration acid: helps to lock moisture into the skin and protect against dehydration.

UVA and UVB Filters: to protect the skin and help to prevent sighs of sun damage.

.Application.
I applied this to my face in the morning after washing my face then waiting for it to dry. This product can be applied to face and neck if preferred or just your face. I applied to face and neck. I only applied an pinky full and spread across face and neck. At first I thought there would be a white cast however the cream blend out perfectly onto my skin and left it looking glowing and hydrated and left it feeling soft and moisturised. I do personally recommend to wash your hand after use as there will be quite a bit of product left on hands.

Definitely love this product, and will definitely be recommending this product to friends. 



I love this product, it’s a simple and easy way to moisture your skin. It’s hydration and light on your skin.
