With it being a balm formula, I find it best to use as part of a double cleanse as apposed to using alone. I use this product in the evening to remove my makeup and follow with a lightweight cleansing gel, toner, serum and moisturiser. I find this routine works wonders for my dry skin.

This is the perfect product to have to help remove makeup. I start by using the spatula provided to scoop a small amount and apply to my face. Afterwards, I massage the balm into my skin with wet hands and then use the muslin provided to wipe away the balm and makeup. It is the best product I've used for this specific use. It literally melts makeup away including waterproof mascara and doesn't upset my sensitive skin. I bought this after a couple of failed attempts at finding a makeup remover that doesn't upset my skin. I always use thus as part of a double cleanse in the evening. I follow with another cleanser, toner, serum and moisturiser.
