⭐️Moisturizing⭐️

Hello⭐️ First of all 🌼I’m not a professional 🌼 So my number one advise will always be to visit a professional in the area, they work and study everyday to help people. I’m here just having fun and sharing the things I love ❤️ Why is it important? Daily moisturizing is vital for healthy skin. Whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin, moisturizer is an excellent and necessary product to incorporate into your daily skin care routine. Moisturizing your skin everyday helps: ⭐️Improve skin balance ⭐️Decrease the production of sebum ⭐️Aging There are different products for all kinds of skin types, thats why is really important to know what type of skin you have. For dry skin, a heavy cream is great to hydrate your skin and balance out the oil. For naturally oily skin, you may want to go with a lotion or gel since the amount of oil in those moisturizers tends to be significantly lower or nothing. My personal favorites are gel-like moisturizers, but when my skin is feeling dry I like to use lighweight cream moisturizers. Combo skin life 😩😵‍💫🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 Here are the products I’m currently using for my combo/ oily skin and my review:🧪🌱 Iunik Centella Calming Gel Cream: if skincare had a tinder, this product and i would match. Im in love with this product, after i had such a hard time to find a good moisturizer for my skin. The ingredients are fantastic! Includes niaciamide, centella asiatica extract (of course) and Allantoin. I have seen a great improvement in my forehead wrinkles and it provides the perfect amount of moisture for my daily use. Glow recipe Banana souffle Moisture Cream: I use this one when my skin feels dry and needs more moisture. It has great ingredients like centella asiatica extract, curcuma longa (Turmeric)root extract and glycerin. It came in my boxycharm, this is a good product but not someting i will purchase myself. Way too expensive for me. Hope this helps you as much as it helped me✨ Any tips, questions or advise, feel free to share in the comments. 🌞 Niacinamide 🌞

Hello! First of all ‼‼️I’m not a professional ‼ So my number one advise will always be to visit a professional in the area, they work and study very hard to help people with skin conditions. I’m here just having fun and sharing the things I personally love ❤️ ⭐️Do you know the benefits of including niacinamide in your routine? 🤔😍 Let's look at all those skin benefits: 🦋1: Anti-aging, wrinkle-smoothing properties: With age, our skin tends to slow down in producing important proteins, such as keratin, filaggrin, and involucrin. Studies show that niacinamide can boost collagen production as well as the production of these three important proteins. That means improved skin structure and fewer wrinkles. FYI, anti-aging studies usually use 4-5% niacinamide daily for 8-12 weeks, so if you are after the anti-aging benefits try to choose a product that tells you the exact percentage of niacinamide it contains. 🦋2: Skin-lightening properties: Hyperpigmentation or brown spots are really stubborn and honestly it can be really hard to make them disappear just by topical products. What you can expect for them is to fade a little and niacinamide is a great ingredient to help with that. Studies show that 2-5% niacinamide used daily for 8 weeks results in significant lightening of hyperpigmentation. When combined with amino sugar, acetyl glucosamine the results are even better. 🦋3: Barrier repair functions: the skin barrier is the outer layer of the skin that is amazingly important at keeping the skin hydrated and healthy. The stuff between the skin cells consists mainly of free fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides. The amount and structure of these determine how healthy the skin barrier is. What studies have shown is that 2% niacinamide can increase the synthesis of free fatty acids, cholesterol, and ceramides that result in healthier and stronger skin barrier, decreased trans-epidermal water loss and better hydrated skin. 🦋4: Anti-acne properties: though niacinamide does not count as one of the gold standard anti-acne ingredients, if you have problem skin it's totally worth a try. It has sebum regulating and anti-inflammatory properties and a study that used 4% niacinamide for 8 weeks to treat acne found that 82% of those treated showed some improvement. What's more, the results were slightly better than with a 1% clindamycin gel, an antibiotics often used to treat acne. Attached are my fav products with niacinamide! 🥰⭐️ Hope this helps you as much as it helped me✨ Any tips, questions or advise, feel free to share in the comments. ✨the importance of cleansing✨

Hello! First of all ‼‼️I’’m not a professional ‼ So my number one advise will always be to visit a professional in the area, they work and study very hard to help people with skin conditions. I’m here just having fun and sharing the things I personally love ❤️ 🍃Back to the post🍃 Why is important to use a cleanser? Our skin is constantly exposed to so many things, like makeup, sweat, dust and even dead skin cells. Having a daily facial cleansing helps to remove the dirt and pollution at the surface of the skin, which prevents: ⭐️Breakouts ⭐️Dehydration ⭐️Aging This are the cleansers I'm currently using for my combo/ oily skin and my personal review. 🧪 ⭐️Garnier Micellar cleansing Water: Is the first step of my routine, since I do double cleansing. Micellar water is a great cleanser for double cleansing in a daily basis, when I'm not using makeup and just sunscreen. In my opinion any micellar water is ok, since this is a wash off product (Yes, you're supposed to wash it off, even though the product says is not necessary). I use this one because is affordable and easy to get in my country. ⭐️Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser: This gel-to-foam cleanser is so good, and it last for so long. You just need a little bit of the product and that’s enough for the entire face and neck. The only thing I don't like is that the company is not cruelty-free, that’s the reason I'm thinking in not to repurchase this product. Hope they can find an alternative to animal testing soon. ⭐️Banila Co Clean It Zero This is my holy grail when I need to remove my makeup, I just love this balm. It melts away waterproof makeup along with all the stress and bad feelings of a day. Smells delicious and also last for so long, at least for me because i don’t wear makeup that often lol. My favorite thing is that comes with a little scoop to take the right amount of product and not touch it with your fingers. Banila Co has the same problem that Cerave, they aren't cruelty-free, since they sell their products in mainland China and as some of us know this country requires animal testing by law. So any company that sells in China, does animal testing.📖✏️🌱 Hope this helps you as much as it helped me ✨ Any tips, questions or advise, feel free to share in the comments.
