Not 1 but 2! The Potion & Avoskin

Finally arrived!!

So excited to try out this series. I have not been using Niacinamide for awhile. It would be nice to have it back in my routine. It does seems to be in a higher % Hope my skin will like it! 

What are your thoughts on this brand?

Not moisturising enough. Will use it for maintenance or layer other peoducts over. 

This is a love. Let’s start with the dropper. It picks up sufficient amount of product each time! And my skin is dry enough to finish up one whole dropper. I find that the serum absorbs better into my skin as compared to the toner. Odd. Works well when I layer either the same product or other serums together with this serum. Next, can we look at how cute and blue the serum is! No you don’t turn into a smurf but its so pretty on my vanity. 

This is really great for when I am looking for something to maintain my current skin condition. It is light yet moisturising enough that my skin does not feel tight and dry throughout the day. Also, it is suitable for my sensitive skin and does not sting even when I have a small wound/crack near my lips area. (Thank you very much eczema).

The pump. The amount of product dispensed is always different. 

Super lightweight. I dont mind applying more 🤭 which also means i will not fuss when a reapplication is needed. 

Literally scent free. I dont smell anything. 

Glides on super smooth. 

Too much waiting. This ampoule is a lot more stringy/starchy than my expectation. I use it last as it takes forever for me to absorb this ingredient. Got to wait and pat more to get it in. 


Love the glass bottle! 

Hydration. It works the way as expected. Like it creats a flim over you skin to keep the mositure in. 

But amazingly it has a matt finish after you pat it in. It make appliaction of lotion aftwr amazing. 

Also, it give my skin a bouncy effect. 


I am not too sure about how much the toner really gets absorbed into my akin. I have tried the layering method, the masking method but it always feel like a layer of something on top of my skin. the only method that works for me now is to ensure that I apply a layer of either mist or a very light toner to moist my skin before I use this toner. 
Conclusion? I will use as the 2nd toner when my skin is really dry and need me to layer on toner - which happens very frequently when the weather keeps on changing.

Torriden DIVE-IN set is formulated with 5 dimensional Hyaluronic Acid (HA) complex consisting of high, medium and low molecular weights of HA. 

 It is really gentle and  have help calm my skin down. 


📦having the product in a squeeze pack does makes it easy to dispense however, the opening is huge so I do sometimes squeeze out too much product. My legs/arms will enjoy the excess #nowastage 

Careful not to use ir too frequently

Infused with 9 kinds of rice bran extract, it brightens, nourish, soften and bring a glow to your complexion. 

💭 the effects are instant! 15 mins of this mask on my face made it super soft! It’s addictive! The texture is very creamy with real rice grains that will provide exfoliation. It softens my skin so well and my skin feels super supple. I had to control myself from using it too frequently as it is still a tiny bit abrasive and my skin can’t take too much of physical exfoliation.  

👃🏻smell like rice. Uncooked rice to be exact. The smell that you get when you rinse your rice. If you don’t know that scent, time to head to the kitchen and help out 😏
