what little things do you do that change your skin condition?

we all know that the key to have a healthy skin is NOT only the skincare we use, but also the things that we do both from the outside and from the inside✨

there are several things that I do and help to relieve acne:
- no longer drying my face with bath towel
- drink lots of water in a day💧 (this helps my skin become smoother)
- cut down on drinking milk and dairy products (but now my hair is falling out badly😞)
- reduce oily and fatty foods
- regularly changing pillowcases and padding my pillows with soft fabrics (I haven't switched to silk pillowcases yet)
- I stop using physical exfoliator and switch to chemical exfoliator

things I have to do:
- going back to the healthy sleep schedule
- consume more fruits and veggies
- workout 🏋
- reapply sunscreen

tiap liat skincare shelf sekarang jadi sadar kalau 80% isinya produk lokal, seneng banget ga sih karna bisa nemuin yg cocok dengan mudah.

kalau balik ke 2017/2018 masih ngeraba2 pakai skincare dan yg direkomendasi pasti us & korean products. daaan dulu suka ngerasa worry kalau dapet produk palsu🙃

Just wanted to know when do you apply your night skincare routine?

Lately, I often stay up late and it makes my skin dull in the next morning. I want to fix it so there will be less problems on my skin. I thought that if I put my skincare routine sooner, it'd be quicker to get ready to sleep😂

when do you apply your pm routine?

currently struggling with hair loss & oily scalp, which causes my hair to become greasy easily, but the condition of the dry ends makes it impossible to wash my hair every day.
I'm looking for shampoo recommendations for hair loss or clarifying shampoo for oily scalp, preferably that one that's affordable & accessible at drugstores or marketplaces.

so my exfoliator has run out and I need the new one but I'm not sure which one to choose, hehe.

my skin isn't sensitive so it's fine to use a high percentage of exfoliator, 2% of bha is still fine but for aha I can't remember. I remember when I used some by mi 30 days miracle toner, and it works well on me.

so any suggestions for me? please let me know your recommendations, thanks for your help:))

looking for exfoliator

there&#39;ll be a bit whitecast, so this sunscreen will look good in the right skintone, but if its not, it&#39;ll make skin looks ashy. and bcs my eyes are sensitive (it often teary&#47;watery), this sunscreen makes my eyes sting when I use it around my eyes

tbh I have a love-hate relationship with this one. 
this is my first time trying a matte finish sunscreen. as an oily skin, I love this sunscreen bcs it can hold sebum for 2 hours longer (usually my skin will be oily in 3-4 hours after applying skincare). and it has vitamin C as the star ingredients that definitely make my skin brighter!✨

its a hybrid sunscreen bcs there are organic &amp; inorganic UV filters. has a light creamy texture and easy to blend into the skin. for me, it doesn&#39;t feel greasy &amp; sticky and doesnt pill off like the most matte-finish sunscreen.

comes in a tube packaging, 30ml volume, affordable price that can be found in the drugstores and high spf (SPF50) which is perfect for anyone who have outdoor activities. so I think its worth to try!

for oily acne prone whos struggling with blackhead, i can say this is not for us. i personally need more percentation of bha to get rid it off

this is good for anyone whos newbie in exfoliator. u can start with this product bcs it use low percentation. the aha really help me to fade out my PIH

Too humid to use for daytime to my oily skin

I love using this as a pm moisturizer, it feels so moisturizing! despite its name is a gel cream moisturizer, I think the texture is more like a gel that easily absorbs into the skin and doesn&#39;t feel sticky. And sometimes I feel it lightens my skin in the next morning

not a bad things, but if you dont use any toner or do your skincare routine after clean your face, you can feel your face a lil bit tight

been using this products for years. so foamy and i can feel it really cleans my pores without dry feeling after using it

not for me because it didn&#39;t work like what i expected. too gentle for my skin hehe, i need more bha to clean my pores:)

it&#39;s definitely good to anyone who&#39;s newbie with exfoliator or who has sensitive skin. this is a good gentle product that can be found anywhere. i think also it safe for daily use on pm routine
