Sun cream is light green in color, with a slightly runny water cream texture with a rosemary scent (Rosemary EO) My Experience: I like how easily this sunscreen applies to the skin, blending quickly without any white cast or greasy feel. The lightweight texture is great for skin prone to redness, as the green color helps to calm skin and even out the skin tone. It feels cooling on the skin when you apply, doesn’t pill and it works well with other products. I find this sunscreen very calm and hydrating on my skin, which leans dry. It does sting a little around the eyes, although I didn’t experience any irritation personally. I like the rosemary herbal scent, but if you have sensitivity to Rosemary Essential oil, it may not be best for you. I would recommend for all skin types though and will definitely repurchase as I really enjoy using this sunscreen!

Sun cream is white with a thicker, creamy texture, with no fragrance. My Experience: I generally prefer using sunscreens with more of a lotion texture, but I enjoy using this one while the weather is colder. It feels very soothing and moisturizing after applying. Despite being a thicker consistency, it is easy to apply and absorbs quickly without any greasy or sticky feel. There is no white cast and it leaves my skin with a natural dewy finish. It works well with other products without pilling and doesn’t sting my eye area. I don’t know of any other sunscreen using Noni extract (good for sunburn) which along with Cica helps soothe & repair skin. Those with oily or combination skin could use this as both a moisturizer and sunscreen, since the Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramides hold in moisture. I think it is great for dry skin and I’d definitely repurchase.

My Experience: I recently tried the Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick, and really like that one for easy reapplication throughout the day. I really wanted to try the sun cream so I could make sure I apply enough sunscreen in my first application of the day (and reapply during the day). Mung bean has anti-inflammatory properties, and also provides soothing and hydrating benefits. It helps control sebum, reduce breakouts and offers protection from sun damage. This sunscreen is very lightweight with a thin, kind of milky texture that spreads on the skin easily. It absorbs quickly with no greasiness or tacky feel on the skin. There is absolutely no white cast and it leaves my skin hydrated with a luminous finish. It doesn’t sting around the eye area and I experienced no irritation whatsoever. It wears great under makeup with no pilling, and very easy to reapply during the day. I was on vacation last week and took this sunscreen with me. This sun cream is good for all skin types. The only con I can think of is the strong powdery floral scent (which is similar in all Tocobo products I’ve tried so far). However it does fade pretty quickly, so I would purchase it in the future.

The BOJ sunscreen contains 4 of these filters and I have seen several Influencers rave about it all over Instagram. I personally have been using this sunscreen daily for the past 2 weeks. It has a light creamy texture & melts into the skin like a lotion as it dries down. I do not notice a white cast on my skin, but I’m pretty light so darker skin tones may notice one. My skin feels soft and hydrated after applying with no greasy feel. However, my skin leans dry so I use a moisturizer before applying this sunscreen. But if you have oily or combination skin, you may be able to skip moisturizer, especially in the summer months. My skin looks slightly dewy with sort of a semi-matte finish. I did not experience any irritation or burning around my eyes, but my experience may be different than others. I like how there is no noticeable scent – most of the other sunscreens I’ve used have either a medicine or citrus fragrance. It does contain alcohol for that elegant texture found in other Asian sunscreens, so be aware. So far I like this sunscreen but my only complaint is how fast I am going through the tube 😊. Like other Korean sunscreens, it is 50ml but seems smaller. I will continue using before deciding if I would repurchase as I do have other sunscreens I prefer.

My Experience: I haven’t tried anything from this brand before, and I was impressed with this product. I have dry skin, especially in colder months and the water-gel like texture is cooling on the skin. The Aloerice complex (rice extract + aloe Vera) moisturizes & provides anti-aging benefits, while the water mint cools and cinnamon controls sebum. It also has Niacinamide & Tranexamic acid to brighten skin. While packaging indicates it is a Tone Up sunscreen, it doesn’t have a tone up effect, so I think it really means it brightens skin and reduces redness to even out skin tone. It is easy to apply, but it does take a little while to blend in. There is no white cast and isn’t heavy on the skin, giving it a dewy finish. The green tint really helps neutralize any redness or blotchy areas, and it doesn’t burn the eyes or irritate my skin. I don’t know how well it controls sebum because of the dewy finish. It is hydrating enough for any skin type, except maybe super dry skin, especially in warmer weather. I like that it uses newer UVA/UVB filters and that it has no added fragrance. I’ll definitely consider purchasing this sun cream in the future.

Sunscreen is white in color with a light creamy lotion consistency. No fragrance My Experience: This is a hybrid sunscreen that includes some nice ingredients that provides hydration and sun protection. I prefer sunscreens with the newer filters not available in the US as i find they work better on my skin without a heavy feel. This is super lightweight and spreads easily, absorbing into skin quickly without a greasy finish. There is no white cast on my skin & it isn’t sticky either. I find that it gives a dewy, slightly glowy appearance on my skin. It is easy to reapply and layers well with other products. I did not experience any burning around my eye area either. I would definitely repurchase as it is great for everyday use. However it is not water ir sweat resistant so keep that in mind if you do strenuous outdoor activities.

Sunscreen has a lightweight white cream texture. No added fragrance. My Experience: This is a nice mineral sunscreen, especially for sensitive skin. It has a slightly thicker cream texture (compared to the Hyalu-Cica serum),that spreads easily. That being said it does take a little bit longer to blend in completely, but once absorbed is not sticky, nor does it feel heavy on the skin. It dries to a semi-matte finish with a light tone-up brightening effect on my skin. I usually don’t like mineral sunscreen because of the white cast, but it is minimal on my skin, and it may be more noticeable on darker skins. The Centella + Skincalm complex (Purslane & Houttuynia Cordata) provides soothing properties, Niacinamide helps brighten and adenosine provides anti-aging benefits to the skin. Note that this does contain alcohol, for the lightweight texture, but it doesn’t burn eyes or irritate skin. I really like this physical sunscreen and would repurchase. However I do wish this had SPF50 instead of SPF30 protection, so I’ll use it when I’m indoors or on cloudy days. I do think this is a great mineral sunscreen for daily use and all skin types.

My Experience: I purchased this suncream as part of a Ready Set Glow promotion through StyleKorean, where you can purchase 3 full-sized items for $9.99. This sunscreen is very lightweight and easy to apply without any stickiness. I like how you can use thus for both face and body. I find that it is nicely hydrating after applying, and it seems to moisturize and nourish my skin while also protecting from UV rays. There is no noticeable scent and no white cast on my skin. It leaves a slightly glowing finish on my skin. I haven’t had a chance yet to test how waterproof it is, but have worn it while working out and can confirm It is sweat proof. I really like the larger size of this - at 100ml it id double the size of other sunscreens but also small enough to put in a carry-on bag when traveling.

My Experience: I’ve tried the Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Hybrid sunscreen from the brand, & while I enjoyed using it, I did find it somewhat thick with an initial white cast. I was excited to try the new sunscreen, especially after seeing it on Instagram as the texture is one that I prefer in a sunscreen - a lightweight fluid. The Awe-Sun has a semi-watery fluid texture that just melts into skin. It feels silky as you apply & feels almost weightless on skin, with no greasiness or stickiness. Even though it is marketed as ultra lightweight, it feels really hydrated as well. The Balloon vine ingredient has emollient properties, similar to the Bamboo extract. There is no white cast, leaving my skin with a slightly dewy finish. I think this sunscreen is best for normal to dry skin, because of the moisturizing effect. It might be too dewy if you’re oily or in a hot, humid climate. I like that it is fragrance free & doesn’t burn my eyes. It works well with other products without pilling, plus it is easy to reapply. I’ve been using it after applying the Jumiso Vitamin C I recently reviewed & they work well together. I’d repurchase since I really like this sunscreen’s texture & finish.

I have tried and like the Tocobo Bio Watery Sunscreen and the Cotton Soft Sun stick, so figured this would be similar, except for the tone up properties. This is very lightweight with a thin, lotion texture that spreads on skin easily, absorbing quickly with no greasiness. It leaves skin hydrated with a dewy finish. I did notice a slight white cast initially, but after it fully absorbed, it slightly brightened my skin. It wears great under makeup with no pilling, or you can also use it as a primer. It wasn’t bad for a tone up Sunscreen, but I prefer the regular version, especially if you have darker skin than me. Other than the cast, the only other con I can think of is the strong powdery floral scent.

The finish is very dewy, so I think this is best for normal to dry skin folks. I like how I can skip using moisturizer in warmer months when using this sunscreen. There is absolutely no white cast and it provides long lasting moisture. I love how it doesn’t sting eyes, doesn’t pill when using with other products, and very easy to reapply. I’ve used this one before (in old packaging) when it first came out & remember how much I love it! Was happy to get a new one!

It is very calming & soothing with a glowing finish & no white cast. It does contain Alcohol, Lavender Oil & only 970ppm Centella Asiatica which I thought was interesting since the brand focuses on Centella in the product name, but it is towards the bottom of the ingredient list. It has a distinctive lavender scent from the Lavender EO as well as added fragrance. I personally don’t mind alcohol in sunscreens for texture reasons, plus it doesn’t irritate my skin, but it might be irritating if you have sensitive skin. This felt nice without burning or stinging, and I like how it has some great filters for UVA/UVB protection, but there are other sunscreens that I like better so I probably wouldn’t purchase.

It is so soothing on my skin! like it because it calms my skin & keeps it moisturized without any greasy feel, but I do prefer other sunscreens with higher protection for my skin as this is only SPF45.

This is a hybrid physical and chemical sunscreen that protects your skin from UV rays while improving skin tone and texture with a radiant effect. I’ve tried a few toning sunscreens before, and didn’t really like them because they made my skin look ashy, or left a white cast. I was worried this would be similar but I was pleasantly surprised. I was in Korea this past September and I saw several versions of Cell Fusion sunscreens in Olive Young. I think this is a very popular brand in Korea and not as well known outside of the country. I was focused on purchasing another brand, so didn’t really try any of these out. But I was excited about winning this giveaway! This pink toned sunscreen from Cell Fusion has a creamy texture and a soft floral scent. Key Ingredients:: ☀️ Zinc Oxide ☀️ Homosalate ☀️ Octisalate ☀️ Titanium Dioxide 🔸 Vitathione (mix of 12 vitamins & glutathione) 🔸 Niacinamide 🔸 Olive Oil 🔸 Adenosine I have only been using this sunscreen for a week, as it didn’t arrive from Korea until the day of the deadline, so this review is based on my first impressions. I found it very hydrating, and not at all greasy or sticky. It takes a few minutes to fully absorb into the skin, with a slight toning effect on my skin. It has a semi-matte finish with a slightly powdery feel. I did notice a minimal white cast at first, but it did fade away after about 10 minutes. My skin tone is fairly light, so unsure how it would fade on darker skin tones. You can use this also as a makeup base alternative. My skin looks brighter and more even toned after it completely absorbed. I would recommend this toning sunscreen for all but sensitive skin types and would repurchase in the future. I’m glad I was able to try this and will try other versions from this brand as well.
