I got this sample of Multi-Action Super-C Retinol Brighten and Correct Vitamin C Serum from @strivectin months ago & I've been using it for over a couple of months, so now it's time to give my honest opinion. I'm usually incredibly sensitive to Retinol, so I was hesitant about trying this at first. It's actually very, very gentle. Idk the % of Retinol, but I did start off slowly. I used it 2X a week, then built up to 3-4X a week. I do feel a slight warming sensation after applying it, but it does go away after about 5 min or less. The serum has a strong scent to it, like a strong citrus type scent, but it does go away after about 2 mins. It's a thick, orange serum that will feel tacky at first, but it does absorb into your skin. I put on toner first, then this serum, then a thick, moisturizing cream to keep my skin calm. I have noticed a more even texture to my skin & my skin just looks overall more healthy than it did before. I have quite a bit of serum left (you only need a drop or 2), so if any changes happen, I'll update. Note: I had absolutely NO purging, dryness or redness when using this serum. If you're not used to Retinol, start off slowly. 1-2X a week, then work your way up. It's been awhile since I received this @lancomeofficial Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Face Serum. I've been using it over the past 2 weeks & thought I can give a brief review as to what I think. It's a kind of milky serum that absorbs super fast. I layer it after my Retinol serum...about 15-20 min after I apply my Retinol. It absorbs so quickly that there isn't any sticky feeling after a few min. I received a deluxe sample, but I'm not crazy about the dropper. This is a sample, so the full size probably has a better dropper. (Judging from pics, it does.) The best about this serum is it contains Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid & Bifidus Prebiotic (which is for promoting good bacteria on your skin). It's a patented formula that claims to show a visible difference after 1 bottle! I'm impressed with it so far! I have to warn that it does contain parfum, but it's the last ingredient, so I don't think it will affect even the most sensitive of skin...especially since I have very sensitive, acne-prone, combo skin. I haven't had any breakouts from this serum, so I think the majority of ppl will not have any adverse reactions to this serum. I use this with the Génifique Night Cream & they make a wonderful duo! I love all of my @lancomeofficial products, so I can safely say, I recommend this this one as well as all my @lancomeofficial products. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great serum that kicks your moisturizer into hyper drive! I usually put this serum on day & night and then follow with my favorite moisturizer. It helps your moisturizer penetrate better and adds benefits for fine lines & wrinkles and helps with skin's texture. It is not meant to be used alone, so remember to use it before applying your moisturizer. I've been using this serum for many years and it's one product I always keep in my skincare because it works so well! Estee Lauder is a company that my family has trusted for many decades.

All 3 products contain peptides which repair the skin's barrier over time. I used this set for 2 weeks so far & here are my impressions: *The serum comes in a lock pump bottle which makes it easy to use. It's a thick serum that looks milky & it has a light, aquatic scent. It absorbs easily & leaves my skin feeling smooth & hydrated. The ingredients make it incredibly hydrating & you really feel & see a difference immediately. My skin is glowing & soft when I use this serum. I've never tried @no7usa skincare before. These are my first products from the brand. I would say overall I like this set. The eye serum is probably my favorite item out of the whole set. If you have acne-prone skin, I would be careful with the night cream. I also haven't used the set long enough to see any major results, but I like that the set contains peptides & I actually like the aquatic scent. It smells good & it's not offensive. I would rate this between a 3.5-4 stars for the entire set & I will continue to use it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got this @youthtothepeople 15% Vitamin C + Clean Caffeine Energy Serum with some @sephora points from their Bizarre. I've been using it for almost a week & I only have 1 use left, so I figure I'd do a review now. The serum is a little bit tacky, but if you only use 1 pump for your face, it's less tacky. I've read from others that it has a scent, but honestly I can't smell anything & I have a pretty good sense of smell. I applied this at night because of the tacky texture. I don't think it would do well under makeup. If you do wear this in the day, it is extremely important to use SPF because Vitamin C can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. My breakouts did appear to be less & my skin looks overall better. Caffeine helps with any puffiness under my eyes. I can't believe how well it works for that, even into the next day. I have allergies, so usually I wake up with swollen eyes, but since I've used this, my eyes don't look puffy at all. I REALLY wish I had more because I would like to see a difference in my hyperpigmentation. I think I will wait til it's on sale because it's almost $70 for 1oz. That's a bit high imo, so I will wait for a sale. I would overall recommend this serum, especially if you have puffy eyes or puffiness anywhere on your face. As for hyperpigmentation, I just need more time to see a difference. I received this 10% Vitamin C Serum from @firstaidbeauty recently in exchange for my honest opinion. It's a watery-type consistency serum that I use as my first step in the morning & at night. It has a very dewy effect, but isn't sticky. I've seen a bit of a difference, mostly with brightening, but it will probably take a good month or so to see any results with hyperpigmentation. The bottle is genius! There is no cap. You just twist it to open it, then twist again to close it. It has a pump that comes up so you can pump the serum in your hands. Definitely use an SPF, especially after using Vitamin C serums. This serum isn't sticky, it's lightweight, absorbs very quickly & doesn't pill at all. I will definitely update the more I use this serum if I see any further results. Thank you so much @firstaidbeauty for this chance to try this great serum!

I received these samples from @truskin about a week or so ago. I was a little hesitant to try it since it has Retinol in it. I usually have a really bad reaction to Retinol. This milky serum contains Vitamin C, Retinol, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid & Salicylic Acid along with plant extracts. This serum gave me no bad reactions at all. I've used it 3 X in about 9 days. So I've spaced out the days just in case. I really love the texture! It's a milky, thin serum that isn't sticky or tacky & absorbs very nicely. I don't have enough uses to see any differences in my skin bc that usually takes a month or so. But, I will say this is a gentle serum for my sensitive, acne-prone, combo skin. @truskin has an entire line of different serums for different needs. The next one I want to get is the regular Vitamin C Serum. They're also very reasonably priced.
