🌾 Rice Enzyme Protein Toner 🌾 🧴 250ml 🏷️ $13.80 on Amazon This toner is a milky, watery-type, high-density protein toner. It is formulated with 60% white rice protein to increase skin firmness and 2% niacinamide to reduce dark spots, as well as ceramide and natural exfoliants in the form of papaya, pineapple, and grain extracts. I really love this toner. It immediately soothes my skin the second I apply it, and the hydration effects are immediate. It’s pretty lightweight and absorbs super quickly. No irritation, no stickiness, no greasiness. I’ve got nothing but positive things to say. In fact, I might have found my go-to toner. It’s affordable, and my skin loves it. ______________________________________ ✨ About FLASKIN ✨ FLASKIN is an ingredient-focused brand, focusing on key ingredients to produce safe and high-quality products for all skin types. 🫘 Soybean Bouncy Protein Essence 🫘 🧴 80ml 🏷️ $16.80 on Amazon Another product in FLASKIN’s PROTEIN range. The product is a high-density, fragrance-free, protein-elasticity essence (try saying that three times fast) designed to improve skin firmness and enhance skin elasticity, thanks to its 77% soybean protein and 1% biome ingredients respectively. It also contains bifida ferment lysate (probiotic) to improve skin texture, tocopherol (vitamin E) as an antioxidant, and adenosine for firmness. It reminds me a bit of another brand’s viral bean essence, albeit more affordable, but it packs just as much of a skincare punch. It is a light brown, viscous essence that is stringy/gooey, so I was expecting it to be a bit sticky like snail mucin, but it really isn’t. I found it absorbed so nicely without any greasiness. “Bouncy” is for sure a good descriptor for it! I love this in combination with the Rice Enzyme Protein Toner, and my dry skin absolutely adores this duo. I would 100% repurchase this essence. __________________________________ ✨ About FLASKIN ✨ FLASKIN is an ingredient-focused brand, focusing on key ingredients to produce safe and high-quality products for all skin types. After using the Dokdo Toner from ROUND LAB, I was so excited to get my hands on the Dokdo Ampoule at experience pricing. Made from the deep sea water of 울릉도 (Ulleung Island) and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, this is a really light-weight, fast-absorbing ampoule that I guarantee will be a great addition to any skincare regime. 울릉도 deep sea water contains 72 naturally-derived minerals beneficial to your skin barrier, and its gel water-type consistency is both soothing and quick to absorb. I'm also in love with the simplicity of the packaging and the beautiful Hangeul typeface used. 😍 I need to keep building my collection and add more products! I will definitely continue to use this in my skincare routine. I had a reaction to a different product and after cleansing, this ampoule really soothed my skin and got rid of the redness. 💙

Dry/Resilient

● What is mugwort? Mugwort is a weed plant, also known as Artemisia. While not having much of a fancy title, mugwort is a component widely valued in South Korean culture. Be it in medicinal tonic, tea, soup, pancakes, or bath soak, you'll see mugwort in the mix. The healing power cultivated from this plant can help you tackle various health concerns depending on how you consume it. But for the sake of today's topic, we'll focus on the skincare benefits of mugwort. ● Skincare benefits ● Anti-inflammatory: The leaves of mugwort pack a punch when it comes to anti-inflammatory action. A study by a college of medicine in Korea saw that mugwort leaf extract could even help relieve the symptoms of contact dermatitis. So if irritated, red skin is a constant battle for you, mugwort could be the ultimate solution to your problem. ● Antioxidant effect: Mugwort is potently packed with antioxidant elements that help defend the skin from environmental stressors (UV rays, dust, heat, weather, etc.), making this ingredient an excellent choice for sensitive skincare. Plus, mugwort has also been proven to aid atopic dry skin treatments. So if you have mild eczema, mugwort is a great addition to your beauty routine. ● Healing properties: Alongside its antioxidant power, some biologists believe that Artemisia Vulgaris (a variety of common mugwort) fermented with Bacillus sp (a bacteria) has the potential to heal wounds and promote cell regeneration, which can be a promising component for aging-targeting skincare. Though more research needs to be done to solidify this notion, one thing for sure is we can certainly count on mugwort to rescue sensitive, eczema skin from redness and irritations. About product • soothing • not very hydrating • feels like common soothing serum
