I did not do a patch test as recommended due to the high percentage of niacinamide, but only because I used another serum with similar ingredients last month and had no irritation. ✅ I did still just start out using it 2x the first week in the evening, but quickly changed to using it 2x every other day with no issues. ✅ After cleansing and toning, I apply 2-3 drops of the serum into my hands and pat it onto the skin until it absorbs. As it is a little watery, this was enough to cover my entire face and neck. ✅ I thought that the serum absorbed fairly quickly, although there is an initial tacky feeling that dries down after a few minutes. ✅ The directions indicate there is an option to reapply more as a spot treatment but I dIdn’t use the serum that way. ✅ When using it in the AM, I followed up with my moisturizer and sunscreen with no pilling. I put it on after toner but before my serum and moisturizer in PM. ✅ My skin seems to really like the Tiam Vita B3 serum, and I have already seen some results in the short time I’ve used it. Skin texture has improved and hyperpigmentation is fading slowly. It leaves my skin looking brighter, more hydrated with no oiliness and no irritation. ✅ This serum is suitable for all skin types, except sensitive ones which may not be suitable due to the high percentage of niacinamide. ✅ I would recommend as it has a decent amount of product and is priced at around $20 (or less on sale). ✅ I definitely plan to repurchase once I finish provided I continue to see improvement. Reedle Shot 100 is an ampoule that's a little different than other skincare products.🌿 It contains very small molecule active ingredients which makes them penetrate deeper into the skin, giving a slight tingling feeling while rubbing it in. The formula penetrates deeper into the skin’s dermal layer. It further contains cica, madecassoside and hyaluronic acid. There are 3 versions: 100, 300 and 700. I received the one which can be used daily if desired and that's not as strong as the other two. To be sure that my sensitive skin is not overwhelmed, I use it about 3x a week and after getting used to the tiny needle-like feeling, it doesn't bother me anymore. I use it as the first step or sometimes after toner. It has a smooth texture and I use about 2 pumps for my whole face. There's no scent to the product and I haven't had a skin reaction from the first use. I'd advise to use with caution though bc I noticed that my skin was getting red and broke out a little more when trying to use everyday so I stopped using it too frequently. I haven't been using it long enough to see the described effects but I'm hopeful and have noticed that I'm not breaking out too much currently. Plus, the fact that it has a PAO of 12 months ensures that I can enjoy it for a good amount of time. The packaging is sleek and easy to open, making it perfect for tossing into my bag or purse. And while the scent is barely noticeable, it's pleasant and doesn't overpower. I honestly can't find the right words to describe it, but trust me, it's nice. Although it does moisturize the skin, I find the tacky feeling to be a drawback, so I wouldn't recommend using it during the day. Perhaps it could work better for dry skin types at night, but not so much for combination or oily skin. Its convenient stick format, moisturizing properties, and versatility make it a must-have in my beauty routine.
