Dry & Chapped lips no more!

Lips are sensitive and prone to dryness. So here’s my mini list (simple but effective) on how to get that plumpy and healthy lips! First! Drink a lot of water. Stop licking lips (put lip balm whenever you wanna lick your lips hahah thats what I do) cause saliva can dry and darken our lips. Stop using lip balm that is minty (tho I personally love them) or have menthol ingredients (like glossier mint dotcom lip balm) because most of them tend to dry your lips even more! (Pick wisely!) I do have cracked and dry lips. And I myself cant stop licking/bitting my lips (bad habit) but thats okay because I found my holy grail products that really help my lips even though Im lazy to apply it. Ps Ive tried a lot of lip balms, lip creams (like the laneige one or the dhc lip cream) but I didnt like them. Didnt do anything or my lips are too dry for it to work hahah. Ive also try some lip oil/serum and some of them feels so greasy but still not moisturising.

Lip Ice Strawberry Lip Balm SPF 15

My go to lip balm! It has a cooling effect (just a bit) but defo not drying. Have many scents but my fave is the strawberry one. It will moisturised your lips and when you apply it at night you will wake up with a plump lips. Or if you have chapped lips it will heal overnight. Good thing about this lip balm is you dont have to reapply it over time. One swipe and your good to go! And this one glides smoothly on your lips and doesnt feel heavy at all! Plus it has spf!

I love the flavour and the scent! It has a cooling effect which Im scared because most of the lip balm Ive tried that have minty or cooling effect is not really moisturing and leaving my lips very dry but not with this one! This product is very moisturising. The texture is surprisingly smooth, doesnt feel heavy on your lips. It will definitely moisturised your lips. When you put this at night you will wake up with a plumped lips. It has spf too!

This was my first lip oil. My lips are very dry and have cracks because I lick and bite my lips. But this lip oil is surprisingly good! It does the job! Moisturised my lips and when you leave it on your lips overnight? You will wake up with a plump and healthy lips! No matter have bad my cracked lips, it will heal overnight. I tried other lip oils but they dont work like the saem one. Another good thing about this is you dont have to apply it repeatedly. I only apply it once before I sleep and I will see result the next day.

Some nice options there! My lips are always so chapped 😫😫😫especially during winter in Canada (then again, my medications don’t help with my skin overall being dry 😞😞😞)
