It's really gentle, when my my skin barrier was damaged this cleanser did not sting. Even getting it in the eyes it doesn't really sting. Amazing gentle cleanser that I always have on hand. This cleanser has a slimy texture and it lathers very well, a small amount is more than enough. Although it has a slimy texture it is very easy to rinse and skin feels so smooth and clean. After using this for almost a month I did experience any irritation or breakouts and its very gentle to use everyday.

• 𝑷𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈: Comes in a soft plastic squeeze-tube material with a flip-top cap that's not slippery, it has a huge amount of product that also comes out easily from the container. I honestly love the white-green minimalist theme of the whole cica line. • 𝑻𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆: Mild foaming cleanser with cream-like shiny silver gleam that's very easy to spread. It has a nice soft lather when applied on the skin and is also very easy to rinse. • 𝑺𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕: Has a strong herbaly scent of the essential oils which means it's very concentrated; it's a bit overwhelming for me but in a good way, I find it refreshing. • 𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔: I love how it's rich and gentle, very refreshing and comfortable especially in the morning to wakeup my skin. It's perfect and light enough for daily use since it doesn't strip out the moisture layer, there's no tight feeling or irritation. It also did a pretty great job in removing all the dirt and oil out of my skin, I can feel it dig into my pores and can even remove makeup residues! Currently, I have red inflammed skin because of over-exfoliation and I definitely can feel and see its 'triple calming effect' on my red and flaky patches. It's true to its claim on being a calming, soothing, and strengthening cleanser and also has great ingredients for sensitive skin. Although it contains essential oils, I'm happy it didn't have a bad reaction on my skin. I don't find this cleanser moisturizing enough for sensitive skin but I do believe it's perfect for those who have oily/combination skin. It's okay for all skin types except for those who are sensitive with oils and strong fragrances.

A very good non-stripping cleanser. comes out like a paste with matcha leave flakes and has a medium foam when rubbed with water. Tested it with 2 PH strips and gives a PH of 5.0 to 5.5 which great. Perfect to use daily even twice daily. Does not leave you that tight feeling after washing. Rinses well without any residue Has a typical fragrance free plasticky scent to it which I personally dont mind

Love that brand . Great quality and good cleanser apply daily make my face clean and dirt and oil free . It’s reasonable price to buy too . I would recommend others.

The Superfood Cleanser was my first introduction to the brand Youth to the People. This cleanser is considered a cult favorite amongst skincare junkies and I was incredibly excited to be able to try it out for myself. As the name would suggest, this cleanser is jam packed with a bunch of “superfood” extracts including kale, spinach, green tea, alfalfa, vitamins C, E, and K. This cleanser has a thick gel consistency and doesn’t foam up too much. While the upfront cost of the cleanser is quite pricey at $36, the cost per oz isn’t that bad at $4. To compare, the Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser (my favorite cleanser) is $3.95 per oz. Since this cleanser is more so marketed for those with oily/combo skin, I was concerned it might be too stripping for my extremely dry skin; however, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this cleanser worked for me! It thoroughly cleanses my skin without leaving my skin feeling tight and squeaky clean. This is probably the “strongest” cleanser that I can use without making my skin overly stripped. I like to use this on days when my skin is feeling a bit oilier or more congested than usual or when I’m wearing a lot of makeup to ensure that my face is completely clean. I’m a big fan of the Superfood Cleanser!!

Highly recommended! I didnt think I could fall so in lobe with a cleanser but I did! it makes my skin baby soft and smooth and just feels so great to use. It’s a balm/jelly type that is great for massaging the face with. After leaving on for a few minutes as a mask treatment, I add some water to emulsify the cleanser and transform it to milk. In the end, my skin feels unbelievably soft, smooth, and clean!

Apply the foam gently to the skin and massage in circular motions. 4. Rinse with lukewarm water. ✨ MY EXPERIENCE • I have been using this cleanser for years and I always come back to it. I use it as my second cleanser and morning cleanser. • I really like this cleansing gel because it really does the job. It has a low pH, nice scent (for me) and cleanses well. • The smell doesn’t bother me. Unfortunately during the winter time, sometimes it felt kinda striping and kinda dry after. • As for the package (tube type), it leaks a little, especially when i put it on travel bag but I don’t really mind it. • It leaves my skin clean, prepped for other products. • It didn’t broke me out or caused any irritation. ✔️ PROS • Cleansing gel that cleanses well • Does the job • pH balanced (5.5) • Nice tea tree scent (for me)
