A one stage double cleansing? I received The Skin House's Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water for free from Picky and The Skin House in exchange for my honest review. The photos were made just after receiving the product, as I was mesmerized by the way it looked and wanted to capture the abstract patterns the liquid was creating when shaken. The product contains both oil and water phase, but when I applied it feels more like water with just a little oily residue. It copes very well with impurities and does not need to be washed off, though I still prefer cool of water splashing afterwards. I think it will do for waterproof makeup yet I rarely use some. However, I'm still not sure if it is a perfect one-step cleanser for oilier skin types is, for it is not as good at dissolving sebum. Hydrophilic oils suit better for such purposes. I would recommend the Essence Cleansing watter for combination to normal skin as y quick daily cleanser and for dryer skin as a makeup remover. That is what the product has been designed for.

Anua managed to convince me into new favourite cleanser. For those, who are tired of clogged pores and constant struggle to keep one's clean but not dried out, I have a great news. Anua has recently presented Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam — a paste-into-foam cleanser to be both mild and able to get sebum corks out of pores. It has interesting texture with soft grains in it 💚

Today we are going to talk about Liquid Love of 2023: Toners & Mists. And it's the hardest category for me to choose as I have so many specific toners I like for this or that quality. Light Isntree Green Tea Toner, or SKIN1004 Probio-Cica Toner, or Propolis by COSRX. But if I have to stick only to one I will choose the Combu Balancing Ampoule Toner by Kaine. Despite Kaine being a rather new brand on the market, it has recommended itself really well. The Combu Toner has this perfect liquid gel consistency, that is really easy to apply. It is rather strong being enriched with kombucha – fermented tea – extract, combining the properties of green tea and ferments (Isntree Green Tea + SKIN1004 Probio-Cica = Kaine Combu). A marvelous combination for dehydrated textured skin. And the packaging is super stylish! 😍

Joining the #BestOfSkincare2023 Challenge, hosted by ministry.of.skincare. Today's review is about the products that you didn't expect to like, but you actually did. Something not typical. Hidden gems. For me those are toner pads. I know, that they are not quite sustainable and that they create more waste. Yet, I cannot but love the convenience they bring — just grab a pad and that's it. Isntree Onion Newrepair combines everything I like in toner pads: they are big, I mean, twice as big as most of the other pads; they are healing due to onion 🧅 and heartleaf 🌱 extracts; they have plenty of essence inside. + No odour and no colour.

I would never imagine that I can develop some pet-products, some favorites in such a short time! Perhaps, that is because of my love to the smell of natural tea roses from my garden. I mean, not the heavy scent of rose absolute, but sparkling fresh aroma of deep pink rose petals. And the very moment I opened ISOI Blemish Care Up Serum, I knew it was IT. I was afraid to smell chemical fantasies about how roses should actually smell. However, the dense, half-jelly serum had the scent of the Moroccan rose water I usually use and know very well. So, I immediately incorporated the Blemish Care Up Serum in my morning routine for mood lighting. I was amazed with the ingredients this serum was packed with, which were mostly natural extracts (the full list at the last photo). And after a week of using it daily I can say that it really works. For the rest of the day my skin preserves that velvety feeling with no sign of dehydration. Marvelous. Thank goodness, the bottles is so huge, 70 ml. Otherwise, I'll have to forget about others on my wishlist to get the next one in advance. It is very rare for my skin to accept daily usage of the same serum without any adverse effects. ISOI (I’m SO Intelligent!) Is itself an interesting brand. It aims at making safe natural cosmetics free of suspect chemicals for those who choose a product not for its pretty packaging but for its good ingredients. I literally went “oh wow” when I first tried this because it made my skin look dewy and glowy upon application. Skin texture has improved for me too. The ingredients list is screaming “youth!” It contains 88% concentrated bifida fermentation lysate, adenosine, niacinamide, and triple peptides among others for overall anti-aging. I’m not expecting to see my fine lines disappear as I’ve only used it for a month, but I enjoy using this at night and would definitely repurchase.

Before trying it I was skeptical about Isntree Onion Newrepair Gel Cream. But now I'm even more convinced about Isntree being one of the best brends for my oily dehydrated skin. INGREDIENTS: The full list is on the fourth slide. But the thing I want to highlight here is that's the rare gel-cream not head to toe packed with silicones, what I really appreciate. Hate any kind of rubber finish on my skin. 😁 TEXTURE: It's not really a gel, but a custard-like semi-opaque substance of subtle lilac hue. When touching the skin the gel turns into a fluid with heuronic feeling that is quick to absorb. Somehow the Onion cream is both dense and weightless. MY IMPRESSIONS: I'm using it day and night now. And together with Isntree TW-Real Bifida Ampoule it helped me to pass this month without hormonal acne, which speaks better of their effectiveness then hundreds of praisings on ideal skin 😶‍🌫️

A hybrid sunscreen with mineral filter zinc oxide. Promising 😊 One of my favourites this summer. So, what do we have as a base? - oily skin - enlarged easily clocked pores - fair complexion Due to zinc this sun cream has slight whitecast, however it doesn't bother me as it only evens my skin tone. What really disturbs me is heavy feeling after applying this sunscreen. But it disappears in 10 minutes. Fortunately, it doesn't highlight my pores.
