Thanks to Picky and Skin1004, I had the opportunity to test and review another Skin1004 product before and I really loved it, so naturally, I was really excited to test and review more products by Skin1004 and to be honest, I wasn't dissapointed at all! My Sleeping Pack review has been published already, so let's focus on the Water-Fit Sun Serum now, shall we? 😊 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum is a non nano chemical sunscreen and contains a mix of Centella and Hyaluronic acid to provide hydration while soothing, healing and calming the skin. It's suitable for all skin types and it promises a skin that feels moisturized and firm and looks dewy. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This sunscreen comes in a squeezable tube with a lichtblue cap and pomping system and looks neat, clean and modern. It makes the sunscreen hygienic and easy to use, which I absolutely love! The carton box it comes in is equally neat and modern looking. Skin1004 has such beautiful packaging! 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: Upon application, it has a light and delicate fresh scent but the scents dissapears again as soon as the sunscreen touches the skin. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The Water-Fit Sun Serum has a very lightweighted texture, it comes out as a cream but melts into the skin right away, without leaving a whitecast and without feeling greasy. I have to admit I was a bit dissapointed when I squeezed the tube for the first time and a cream came out, because it's supposed to be serum like, but my dissapointment melted away as quick as this sunscreen melted into my skin, what was like, immediately! 😉 It does have a very thin and watery serum like texture as soon as it hits the skin! It's longlasting, as you only need a tiny amount to cover your whole face and neck, but you still needs a few pumps though, because the amount that comes out of the pump in one push, is a bit too small. It has a light, slightly powdery scent that fades away immediately after application. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After application, my skin was feeling moisturized and hydrated, soft and smooth and looking firm, radiant and glowy, with a nice dewy finish. My skin didn't feel tight or dry but nice and supple. I was wearing this sunscreen when going outside during the heatwave that hit Europe the past few weeks and I didn't experienced any skinburns or discomfort. I'm running a little late here, everyone has tried this already, but here I am, trying it too, at last! Better late than never, right? 😁 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? The Mixsoon Bean Essence is Mixsoon's best seller and is ranked amongst the 5 best selling products on Amazon. It's available on the Mixsoon website, on Amazon and on certain skincare webshops around the globe. The Mixsoon Bean Essence is a multifunctional product which can be used as an exfoliater and as a serum. It contains only 4 primary ingredients: soybean, barley, pomegranate and pear, all fermented. Using fermented ingredients increases the absorption, spreadability and the adhesion of active ingredients. This product promises to strengthen skin health, to moisturize and hydrate the skin, to revitalize the skin tone and to remove impurities like dead skin cells and excessive sebum. It's suitable for all skintypes but especially caters to dry skin and is gentle enough for daily use. It's also vegan. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: It's supposed to be fragrance free but I have to admit I did notice some kind of scent. I can't really explain what it smells like though. It's like nothing I ever smelled before and it certainly doesn't smell skincare alike.It's more of a natural kinda scent. The scent doesn't linger, it's only noticeable while applying and evaporates rather quickly. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The Bean Essence has a really lightweight, serumlike texture. A tad thicker than water, maybe more of an oil. It has a yellowish colour and it's lightwheight texture makes it easy to apply. It feels a bit sticky while and after applying, but doesn't make you feel or look greasy or oily. It absorbs rather quickly, doesn't run all over your face while applying and doesn't feel thight or dry after applying either. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: This Essence comes in a sleek clear container with a pumping system on top and a white sticker with black lettering. It looks clean and minimalistic. The carton box the container comes in, is also white with black lettering and looks equally minimalistic and clean. It contains a list of ingredients and instructions on how to use it, in both English and (I pressume) Korean. The pumping system on top of the bottle contributes to a hygienic application and makes it easy to dose. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: I've used this Essence both as an Exfoliator and as an Serum and I absolutely love it in both ways! When using it as an exfoliater, I add 1 pump to the palm of my hand, take some with the fingers of my other hand and apply it to my face in circular motions. I just keep rubbing it into my skin untill it begins to pill and then I rinse it of with lukewarm water. Afterwards, my skin was feeling silky soft, smooth and even. My skintone was looking even and smooth and the redness on my cheeks was visibly reduced.My pores are less noticeable and appear to look slightly smaller. My face was looking really fresh and healthy, with a healthy looking glow. When using it as a Serum, I add one pump to a cotton round and apply it my to face with the cotton round. I just lightly put it on and let it absorb before adding the rest of my skincare routine. After application, my skin feels properly moisturized and hydrated, silky soft, smooth, plump and firm and looks dewy, without looking greasy or oily. Redness is less visible and my face looks healthy and glowing. Pores and fine lines appear to look less visible too. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I absolutely love the Mixsoon Bean Essence! It definitely is worth the cult status it currently has! I honestly can't stop touching my face, it feels so good! 😁 I especially love the fact that it's multifunctional and that it visually reduces redness, pores and fine lines. I also love how it makes my skin feel! I highly recommend this multifunctional Essence to anyone looking to refine skin texture and redness and everyone who's looking for a good yet gentle moisturizer and / or exfoliater. The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream is a gel textured cream that promises to moisturise the skin while calming the skin. It also promises to strengthen and repair the skin barrier, to give an instant cooling effect to relief skin redness and to firm the skin. It contains Ceramide, Cholesterol and Fatty Acids for their firming properties, highly purified Centella Asiatica from Madagascar, for it's soothing and repairing properties and Threhalose to provide and lock in moisture. This Cream can be used by all skin types, but is especially good for normal to sensitive skin, can be used on a daily base and is vegan and cruelty free, just like all Skin1004 products. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: I didn't notice any scent. It's a fragrance free cream, which is particularly good for sensitive skin. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This cream isn't really a cream, to be honest, it's more of a gel. It has a very lightweight, brownish colored gel texture that sinks into the skin as soon as it touches the skin and it really does have a cooling effect, as promised. It doesn't feel greasy or sticky. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The Cream comes in this sleek looking white tube with a light brownish cap and is easy to use by just pushing on the tube. The tube is packed in a matte white carton box with brown forest details and looks sleek and modern, as all Skin1004 products packaging does. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: I absolutely love this cream! It feels so good to apply this cream! It's gel texture makes it so easy to use! It melts right into the skin, doesn't run all over your face, thanks to the gel texture, and makes my skin feel so soft, smooth, supple, nourished, moisturized and firm. And refreshed, thanks to the amazing cooling effect it provides! I didn't notice any tightness nor was my face feeling greasy or oily, not even for a minute! After application, my skin looks firm, hydrated and moisturized. My redness is less visible (even after the first application) and my skin is looking healthy, fresh and glowing. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: The Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream is my new holy grail! I absolutely adore it and I definitely recommend it to everyone who's looking for a lightweight, gel textured moisturiser suitable for daily use! It's especially nice to wear during summer, as it's really suitable for hot weather. If my tube is empty, I'll definitely concider to buy another one! It reminds me of one of my other Skin1004 holy grails: the Madagascar Centella Sleeping Pack, because it has the same lightweight gel texture and provides the same cooling effect. The Teami Blends Superfood Cleanser is an all natural face cleanser, made with 76% organic ingredients, including Matcha, AloeVera, Fruit Extract, Turmeric and Sea Kelp. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm totally on board! The scent isn't really easy to describe, it's not floral, nor fruity. It's also not a heavy, luxurious scent, I think it's best described as incredibly fresh! I honestly can't think of any other way to describe it! The look, the scent and the texture of this cleaner reminds me of the products of Lush and if you wanna compare this cleaner to any other brand, I would say Lush wil be the one that comes to mind. The Marine Active Serum is a very lightweight, gel based serum, packed with soothing, hydrating and anti-aging ingredients, including Aloë, Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Seaweed and Algae Extract, Honey, Green Tea Extract, Pearl Extract, Tomato Extract, Mallow Extract, Tiger Lily Extract, Lotus Extract, Edelweiss Extract, Castor Oil and Deep Sea Water. It promises deep hydration and rich moisturization and provides skin protection. It's suitable for all skin types but should especially cater to dry and very dry skin, because of the highly moisturizing and hydrating ingredients. The Marine Active Serum doesn't contain SLS's, parabens, phalates, aluminium, PEG's, Silicone or Petroleum, is crueltyfree and non comedogenic. It does contain alcohol and fragrance, which can cause dryness and irritations to dry and sensitive skin. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The blue, nice looking glass bottle comes in a sleek and neat looking carton box which has a blue to white gradient, slightly matching the Marine theme and contains all relevant info regarding ingredients and instructions. While the blue to white gradient does remind me of the ocean, there isn't really a particular marine themed illustration or logo or something visible on the box and the bottle, and I kind of miss that. Personally, I would've liked to see something that clearly says "Marine", like a fish or a boat or something, to emphasize the marine ingredients it contains. Both the carton box as the bottle do have an illustration of a flower though, which is also suitable because of all the different flower extracts it contains. The bottle, made of blue glass, looks really pretty and matches the Marine theme as well. It looks great in the bathroom! It comes with a convenient and hygienic pumping dispenser which is easy to use and even has a little cap to put on top of the pumping system, to avoid pushing the pump when it's not needed. I love those kind of small details! The bottle has a volume of 50ml. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Marine Active Serum has a light, soft and delicate marine inspired scent that actually smells really good. I'm usually not really into marine inspired scents, but I like the scent this serum has because it's light, fresh, airy and not overwhelming. The scent doesn't keep lingering for long though. After application, I didn't really noticed it anymore. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The Marine Active Serum has a very lightweight, clear but slightly cloudy gel based texture which is easy to spread and sinks right into the skin. It feels slightly sticky while applying, but after it sinks in, the stickyness dissapears quite quickly. You just have to make sure not to use too much because the sticky feeling keeps on for longer if you use too much. It's a very longlasting serum and you don't need much to cover your whole face. While applying the serum, I noticed it makes my skin feel really fresh, which I absolutely love. I really enjoy that fresh feeling. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭: After applying, my face feels smooth, hydrated, nourished, soft and supple. That hydrated, soft and nourished feel lasted all day too. My skin looks youthful, radiant, plump and firm while any redness appears to be less visible. My skintone was looking more balanced. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: I really enjoyed the Marine Active Serum and I particularly loved how lightweight it is, the gel based structure, the fresh feeling while applying, the light and airy marine inspired scent and the great results! I absolutely loved the luxurious and sleek look of the bottle too. This is such a fantastic cleanser! It claims to cleanse deeply but gentle, dissolving make up quickly and dissintegrating dirt in pores while conditioning and restoring your skin and strenghening your skin barrier. With plenty of plant based ingredients like Moringa Seed Extracts, Centella, Papain and Escin, it promises a clean, hydrated, smooth and radiant looking skin and yes, this Cleansing Balm really delivers! The Kimtrue Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm is sulphate and paraben free. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: This balm has a rich, very enjoyable butter-like texture that melts right into the skin. I absolutely love it's buttery soft and satin smooth texture! After scooping some out the container and warming it in your hands (applying it is so easy!), it effortlessly glides over the skin. It also feels really comfortable while applying and doesn't sting. And it doesn't cause any other irritations either. The balm feels a bit greasy while applying but after a good rinse (rinsing it off again goes quite easily too), that greasy feeling dissapears immediately and completely. What's left is totally clear, healthy and radiant looking skin which feels soft, smooth, hydrated and moisturized, without feeling dried out or tight. Any traces of make up (even stubborn eye make up) are gone. No more panda eyes, yay! 😁 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: It's fresh, sweet and fruity scent is pure heaven! Hi all, Time to get jelly with it! 😉😁 I absolutely love Korean skincare brand Skin1004! I've had the opportunity to try some of their products and I loved each and every one of them! And the Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack sure is one of them! What a product! It's definitely my holy grail when it comes to evening and night products and I added it to my night routine immediately! 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧? Skin1004 is a natural brand and all Skin1004 products contain pure, natural and raw ingredients, with Centella Asiatica from Madagascar as their key ingredient. The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack is a very lightweighted gel textured mask that works into the skin while you're sleeping. It contains ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Centella (also known as Hyalu-Cica) for hydration, to moisturize and nourish the skin and to calm the skin down and Melatonin to restore and rejuvenate the skin at night. It also contains pear and melon extracts, ceramide and niacinamide. 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥: The easy to spread and very light, watery gel texture gives a cooling and refreshing sensation (especially when stored in the fridge) and feels really nice while applying. It does feel a bit sticky while applying, but sinks into the skin quite easily. When absorbed fully, it doesn't have that sticky feeling anymore. Although it takes a bit to absorb into the skin fully, it still goes down quite fast. I would recommend to apply it aproximately 10 minutes before going to bed, like I do, to avoid sticky sheets and pillows. It will not be absorbed completely after 10 minutes, however, there will be much less stickyness. But it doesn't feel greasy though. I noticed that when I apply it sooner before going to bed (giving it the time to absorb completely), my skin feels smooth and soft and when I wake up in the morning, my skin is looking radiant, glowy, healthy, plump and young while still feeling smooth and soft. I didn't experienced dry of tight skin at any point. My skin also feels really hydrated, nourished and supple. The hormone Melatonin is known best for it's ability to help you sleep but I'm not entirely sure it also works on the quality of your sleep when used in skincare. I do have to admit that I feel like the Melatonin doesn't really do much to help me during my sleeping process. There definitely are nights I literally sleep like a baby and felt fresh and awake after waking up, but during other nights, I've been laying awake, staring at the ceiling for hours. However, I've been a difficult sleeper my whole life so it doesn't say that much after all... 😉 Besides that, I'm not using it necessarily to get that good night sleep, but rather for it's skin repairing and healing properties, for how it makes my skin look and feel while I'm sleeping and after I wake up. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭: The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack has no real noticable scent and I didn't experience any irritations after using this Sleeping Pack. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠: The packaging box is looking nice, clean and sleek, as always. I expect no less from Skin1004! 😉 The product itself comes in a convenient and hygienic squeezable pastel blue plastic tube with a white cap, which is easy to use and makes it easy to dose your product into the right amount for you to use. You also need a rather small amount of this mask, since it's meant to be applied in a thin layer, so it's quite longlasting too. 𝐌𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧: My sensitive combination skin absolutely loves the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Sleeping Pack and I absolutely recommend this product to everyone who's looking for an easy to use, refreshing, comfortable and pleasantly feeling gel textured mask that leaves the skin looking and feeling amazing!
