The gel provides a very slick-like texture, producing medium lather, while rinsing off fairly easily. Despite the claim of being unscented, the astringent scent was very noticable, which I didn't mind. This cleanser is super gentle yet effective which is perfect for leaving my sensitive skin feeling not only refreshingly clean but also soft and smooth.
