Rice water being rich in antioxidants is an excellent skin brightening ingredient! It has a very light floral scent an creamy. It does foam a little as it comes in contact with water. Really leave my face feeling squeaky clean, yet do not feel drying to my skin. Skin still feels like normal instead of being stripped off all the natural oils, thou it foams. Really enjoy that a small amount also goes along way. Very lasting bottle! Some times my skin does goes through periods of being more sensitive, yet this does not irritate my skin! Love it!

This toner really gave a moisturizing feeling to my skin without feeling heavy or sticky. It is a refreshing toner and a moisturizing essence all in one bottle. It also doesn’t feel gritty which some rice toners tend to have. I haven’t been noticing the brightening effects yet since I’ve only been using it for a week but the calming and hydrating effects can be felt right away. It also gives the skin a bit of a glow.
