Is there a difference?

Am I wrong in thinking there's a difference between in dark spots and hyperpigmentation? As I think I try products that seem to be dark spots related but not really making a difference for my under eye hyperpigmentation? Any suggestions please ? β€οΈπŸ€—

Dark circles under eyes should be treated with a under eye brightener cream since it’s a very sensitive area. Of course it will take dedication like any skincare of using it frequently but they do help mine. Dark spots are like sun spots or acne scars and hyperpigmentation is larger areas of darker skin like on cheeks, neck or under arms. Dark circles under eyes is different.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ thank you for this . I was reading conflicting information but was sure my hyperpigmentation needed more than dark spot removal but just don't know what else .

To me....pigmentation is discoloration of large patches of skin or even the entire face/neck/chest , and dark spots are just how it sounds.....little dark spots of discolored skin that pop up on the face/neck/chest. Both take time and patience to treat. Using a good sunscreen/sunblock(daily)is extremely important! Since your main complaint is your eyes , I've listed just a few of the amazing eye creams that I've tried and liked.

I agree with @Dreamweaver1323 for the explanation, and needing to use the product with dedication to get the best performance out of it. I love this serum from anua for the over all face.
