In my knowledge, you don’t use acid together with Vit c altogether in the same routine. So, I suggest you to use the serum with the C’s Good Skin Day toner as it also contain Vit c, while others contains acid such as AHA & BHA.
Using Vit C along with AHA & BHA can possibly lead to irritation as both of the ingredients are acidic.

as we know acids can't combine with vitamin c because it will irritate for skin. You can try combine something soothing toner with vitamin c
or you can use vitamin c in the morning and exfoliating toner in the night routine 💚

I love using hydrating toners before I apply my vitamin c!! Although, if you are wanting to use toners that have AHA or BHA I suggest using that at night and your vitamin c in the morning!

I suggest using your AHA and BHA exfolianting toner at night and your vitamin c in the morning.

I would definitely recommend using a hydrating, pH-balanced toner before applying a Vitamin C serum. You want to make sure your skin is hydrated (some Vitamin C serums can be drying) and balanced so the serum can do its work. My go-to recommendation is the Klairs Supple Preparation Toner. I would do as others here have suggested and save the exfoliating toners for night when you're not using your Vit C. Too many actives & acids at once can irritate your skin.
