Extender plazo

Muchachas ayuda 🥺 mi paquete aparece aún en tránsito y quedan 10 días ya, le di extender plazo y escribí a soporte pero aun no recibo ayuda y los días van pasando y no quiero que mi cuenta se ve afectada o crean que el producto llego y lo quiero vender o algo así 🫠les ha pasado?

Hola, todavía no me han seleccionado para ningún sorteo finalmente, así que no he pasado por esa experiencia. Lo importante es que el soporte esté al corriente, ten en cuenta que según qué zona puede tardar más, de todas formas. Espero que pronto tu incidencia se solucione
