Just skip all new products and stick with your old skin care which suits your skin well. Toner and moisturiser is enough for now.

did u happened to use any active or just introduced it? usually purging happened when ure using actives like aha,bha, vit c or retinol even acne spot bcus the product(s) makes skin cell turnover rapidly than usual. if ure using too many new products, & suddenly ure breaking out. it could be your skin are not suitable some of the product. need to check la which one it is.. what I do usually if I happened to breakout, just back to basic skincare focuses in soothing and calming products

Drjart ceramidin cream or purito unscented centella serum.. or better yet both. Alwaysssssss rescues my skin

When my skin freaks out I keep my routine super basic and remove all actives. This is what I use: cleanse, you can even skip toner, and since I’m oily I just use a hydrating serum as moisturizer. But since you’re dry you may want to use a basic moisturizer without any fragrance oils or any actives.

When you feel that you are ready, try products with niacinamide, peptides, hyaluronic acid, Cica or even ceramides to strengthen your skin barrier!
