Picky Help (CNP GIVEAWAY)

Confused by this email from Picky. It says the 2nd CNP package will be delayed, but then says we will only receive the 3 items. So, are we actually getting a 2nd package with the other 2 items, or....?

I received the email saying I won on October 11th.

I got 2 separate packages. One was the Rescue ampoule. The other 2 was the Lipcerin

Strange, all 3 of mine came in the same one. But I'm wondering if we'll actually get the whole set, or just the 3 products. The email is contradictory 😅

I tried submitting my reviews with the THREE products that they sent and what they said in the email above, BUT it won’t let me submit without the FOURTH product which I never recieved. I already emailed them. Haven’t heard back yet.

I'm gonna reach out to them again too. Maybe if enough of us make a complaint, they'll either fix the review glitch or send the rest of the set
