Pelletes mesotherapy, microneedling and laser facials for acne scarring #beautyAustralia

I had acne for years, treated with accutane - acne scars seem to remain no matter what brightening skincare I used. Decided finally to search more invasive treatments. Does anyone recommend clinics for facials above in Sydney or NSW? I have no idea where to look for info about those places, how do you know or trust if techs are properly licensed and trained, use autoclaved tools? Tbh I'm super scared to trust sterility because all beauty salons I've encountered were super dodgy #beautyAustralia #facial #vampirelifting #sterility
