The Skin1004 giveaway is a Tiktok Shop affiliate giveaway, as mentioned in the giveaways's description and the Tiktok Shop affiliate program is available for the US only, that's how you can tell the giveaway was labeled wrong. If it's a Tiktok Shop affiliate giveaway, it's always US only, despite the label saying otherwise. Picky just labeled it wrong and I'm sure they will change it to US soon. One piece of advice: even if the apply button should work, never apply to a Tiktok Shop affiliate giveaway if you're not in the US because you will not be able to win anyway.
