You need to keep in mind the company is who ships the product not picky, if it gets down to the week before even two weeks before the reveiw is due and you still haven't received the product. Email support and try to get a tracking number so you can personally track the shipment, and if an issue happens you can file a claim and take screenshots of the issues and show to picky support this way they can verify and try to get it to you or cancel that event so you will not be removed for future giveaways due to nonfsuptnof your own. To those in the United States I suggest getting accounts with each delivery service, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ECT so you can receive updates of packages that are to be delivered. If picky doesn't hear from you about not receiving then they would likely assume you did get it, the company shares tracking with picky and picky shares it with you, and not always does picky receive tracking information from the companies unless you ask picky for it.

Thank you so much for letting me know, last time I sent Picky an email about this issue it said "to report on the app I haven't received it" but there's not a place to do so anymore.

The shipping is so slow lately😥 i won for Mary&May and the product havent arrived too. The answer from picky support email always the same. So i decided to not email them more. You want to report issue, you can email picky support

On the emails you have already received from Picky, at the bottom, it is says something like this: If you haven't received the product or would like to report a problem, contact Picky on this email. It's not a secret; you just have to read the emails you receive.
