StyleKorean hasn't done a TMRM for a while, it appears they only reach out people who they want to work with instead of just doing the TMRM and let everyone to have a chance to apply.

They normally post something on their Social Media if they are offering any TMRM events. The last one I remember seeing was for Numbuzin maybe 2 months ago. In the past they used to offer TMRM events every 1-2 weeks, but I rarely see any since mid 2024 onwards.

From where do you apply for this?

That isn't a place to apply. That's just a list of past and present campaigns where you submit your links when you're done. The application links will be on their socials when they post an event.
