Cetaphil is very similar to Cerave in that both are considered drugstore brands with products that are gentle and built for sensitive skin. In fact you'll find a lot of videos and articles online comparing Cetaphil and Cerave products side by side. I would say though that Cetaphil is not really as cheap in the Philippine market. If you're looking for cheaper alternatives you can try looking into Celeteque. I've tried their hydrating toner and sunscreen when I was living there. Both were pretty gentle.
