Help, waxing burned my skin

Hey everyone, I have been waxing/ threading for years but yesterday I had a really bad experience that has left my with painful burns on my face . If the area was small I may have not been so upset however these are extremely visible and very big . Also I did not do it myself and went to a waxing bar however when I left my face felt pretty irritated and with in an hour I had turned red , so I went back and they gave me a calming solution and a high frequency treatment. I am very prone to scaring and pigmentation. I really am avoiding scaring do you know what I should do ?

Ouch, that looks really painful 😢. A while ago I used to wax my own face and when I burned myself I'd wash with fresh water (not cold) and on the burned area I'd only use cleanser, and aloe vera gel and Cicaplast until my skin healed. That helped a lot to fade the marks on my skin.

If you have access to a gp I would suggest seeing one. They can prescribe something to help your skin heal.
