help! red patches

How could I help to address the red patches that have developed on both my cheeks? Sure it settles down when I use a soothing cleanser/toner etc but I want to try and help it more permanently ๐Ÿ™ˆ any ideas of redness or rosacea products that arenโ€™t heavy? โœŒ๐Ÿผ
