did I make a bad choice?

So I have dry/sensitive/dehydrated skin. I live in Las Vegas, but I flew out to Dallas to visit my fiancé for a week. I forgot to bring face wash. I ran into the Walmart here and quickly grabbed this. Has anyone tried this? What do you guys think of this? I’m afraid it’s going to dry my skin out

I haven't used this but based from reviews it seems to be ok for dry skin. Maybe try to hydrate and moisturize more after, just to be sure.
