Soothing and brightening sunscreen

Hi all! Lets state your best soothing and brightening sunscreen. Recently many sunscreen didn't do as they promise, its worrysome. If you guys experienced soothing and brightening sunscreen also wellcome too. My hg is SKIN AQUA tone up UV Essence, but its just did tone up and not soothing.
