Budget & starter friendly sunscreen

Hi! I've been reading up on a lot of Skincare advices and tips and one that came up most is using sunscreen on a daily basis - or for some as frequent as you go out. So I want to ask all of you on which sunscreen is budget-friendly yet can do the job good. I'm in a place that is hot and humid - should that be considered! Also, what are your thoughts on using a base/foundation with spf like the ones below. Thank you 💗
