I usually use it twice a week at night, or when necessary but not more than twice a week. over exfoliation can damage your skin barrier and you need to give your skin the time to regenerate. Apply small amounts in starting. Make sure you apply sunscreen the next morning! 💖

Always use the exfoliate but depends on your skin , if me i use the exfoliate toner everyday but the toner is gently enough .
and never skip the double cleansing method on the night routine . its really help my skin problem
