All This Smoke Is Destroying My Skin 😣

Hello Friends, We are having a lot of wildfires near where I live and I've noticed that whenever it gets really smokey my skin seems to breakout and get ... more irritated and sensitive. I'm pretty sure it's happening to my little ones as well. Does this make sense or am I just being crazy? 🤔 Thanks as always!!
