I started again

I stopped doing my skincare routine like a month ago and I realized how bad my skin's condition is so I started again Tonight I just used Good Morning Gel Cleanser And then it stings maybe like 4 or 5 out of 10 Then I proceed with AHA/BHA toner andI used this essence, it started to sting more than before so I had to cool it down And then I used this lotion, it managed to sting even more What should I do?? Thank you in advance 😭😭

u should start again using basic skincare only. for aha bha or whatever acid should be put aside . firstly strengthen your skin barrier then only add it back slowly :)

Your skin barrier is slightly is compromised it seems. Just still to moisturisers and gentle cleanser and spf then slowly incorporate your other product back after 1-2 weeks
