Products you use to prevent breakouts caused by menstruation/pms?

I usually get acne one after the other heals, but whenever im on my period, 3-5 acne just appear out of nowhere. Do you guys have any products that you use for this? Maybe a spot treatment specifically for my face type. Bonus if it's easily accessible in the Philippines and budget-friendly.

I tend to have breakout when my period is approaching. Try to use a simple routine such as cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. You can also adding Centella Serum into your routine.
