If you are sensitive to EO, they can break your skin barrier and as a result cause/worsen acne

i do not think they will worsen acne, it really depends on the whole formulation of the product. If you like a product with EO just go for it unless you feel uncomfortable!

If you're acne prone, it's just best to avoid EO in general to avoid risk of worsening acne

It depends on how your skin will react to it, if you have sensitive skin, i would advise you opt for unscented/fragfrance free products
