I think your skin is pretty angry and why dont you opt for a basic products and monitor the progress, like a skin fasting. just use cleanser, moisturizer and spf only

Have you patch test before using them? There might be some ingredients that works for other but not on you.

i think you should cut down several products. focus on claiming and repairing your skin and the main 3 important steps : cleanser, moisturizer and spf.
how long have you been using all these products tgt?

i suggest to back to basic routine again and included one by one product to find the problem. hope it helps.
