UNABLE TO REVIEW BENTON!?

Question

Hello beauties, ok so I'm trying to review a product I got from here, go picky, it's Benton soothing gel. And every time I go to review it, I'm able to get it to come up in product search but.... It won't let me review it!!?? Why? I've done tons  of reviews, and know how to, however when I try to review this product, it never pops up the stars we use to rate a product. What can I do? Never happened before

Have you tried updating the app? Or closing then opening the app again? How about restarting your phone? Try emailing picky if you still can't review it. They're very helpful. 😊
