What age are you? I saw on google females stop growing around 14/15 or if you havenโt gotten your period yet, a few years after you get it. I got mine quite early (11?) so I think Iโve been 5โ5 for as long as I can remember ๐

I don't think you can grow any taller. As the comment above says, you stop growing around 14-15 years of age. sorry :(

im 17 and only 152 cm, i do stretching excercises for about 2momths already, but nothing happened

I doubt you can change genetics but maybe play basketball? thereโs some ppl who swear playing basketballs helps them โstretchโ
