Help😭 there’s no product available for the voucher…how to claim then?? Edit: i should calm down and wait ig😂 but im just scared that i’ll forget to redeem the voucher bcs im so busy for exam😩 if that happens then i’ll be depressed for the rest of the year 😭

try searching for the product you won in their shop (either the ampoule or both) then I think the voucher should be applicable.
