Moisturizer is a basic products to keep our moisture skin balance. In order to moisturize and hydrate our skin, there's some of them able to calm or brightening our surface skin as they enriched with star ingredients (niacinamide, retinol, cica etc). Compares with toner, it's not really necessary to be honest, it's fun on having them but if you're don't have enough budget skipping it doesn't matter. 💚✨
