Fine lines under eyes

I’m having problems finding products that will keep under my eyes hydrated and help diminish look of fine lines. I know I shouldn’t be, nor are they bad, but I’m very self conscious about them. I have tried IT Cosmetics under eye cream, Estée Lauder, etc. Any recommendations are appreciated.
