I've purchased once for Stylevana. Shipping depends on the products you ordered, when you were looking at products you probably saw the stock status (in stock - typically ships withing 24 - 48 hours). If you ordered products that are in stock and that can ship right away it typically takes roughly around 2 weeks to get to you.
I don't believe I got hit with customs/duties with my purchase.
