oh no! sad to hear becus the snail mucin is a HG for me! so far I haven't really heard of anyone being allergic to snail mucin, as it is a generally gentle ingredient... but everyone's skin is different though, so good thing that u noticed changes to your skin and stopped usage accordingly!

I haven't, it has been great to my skin and a holy grail in my routine ever since I tried it.
But no matter for how many ppl have raved about it- if you feel like it's not working for your skin, its better to avoid it.
Skin care is subjective!! It may work for one person and not for the other. There are many other snail mucin products in the market to try from as long as you're not allergic to snail mucin itself.

ahhh! maybe u should patch test first and if there’s not reaction I think you’re good to go.

Not actually dust. Dust mites. Cross reactivity can happen for people sensitive to dust mites, molluscs (like snails) some insects and shellfish.
If you know you have an allergy to one of these things then you should proceed with caution but just because you are allergic to one thing doesn't necessarily mean you have a problem with all.
Patch testing is always the wise thing to do.
