From what I know the clarifying toner is milder and suited for daily use. while the blackhead is for exfoliating 2-3 times a week and hence more potent. it depends what your after.

It really depends on what you're looking for and what your skin concerns are.
The AHA BHA toner is good for beginners and sensitive skin because it is very, very mild as it only contains 0.1% of AHA & BHA.
The BHA Liquid is slightly stronger but is still considered gentle as it uses 4% betaine salicylate, not salicylic acid.
