On Epiduo: Best Facial Cleanser and Moisturizer to use.

I've been on Epiduo Forte for about a year now. I use it at night with a basic Ivory soap to wash my face as my derma instructed it. Now I am using Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser in the morning to reduce the dryness of my face but I think I also need to use a moisturizer to further ease the dryness and irritation I experience. Cetaphil works fine, it doesnt irritate my skin, it's just that it feels like it isn't enough to keep my face hydrated due to epiduo. Do you have any recommendations?
