Since you said you've had dark under eyes since you were a kid, it might be genetic and an under eye cream won't be likely to change that.

It sounds like this might be hereditary and unfortunately, there isn't an eye cream to fix this. If it is really bothering you, maybe talk to your parents about it. If makeup is allowed, you could always try a concealer to help minimize it. I had a good friend growing up who had dark circles around her eyes and eventually she just embraced it. If you learn to love it, it won't bother you! This is your uniqueness, which is amazing because you are amazing! πŸ’•

You said you’ve had them since you were little, I think it’s genetic. I’m not sure what will help then, it will be a lot harder. But use a sunscreen to prevent them from worsening. And you can try brightening ingredients like vitamin c, azelaic acid,
